Ranked Queues

Can u guys explain to me what is going on...Yesterday 20:30 pm we couldnt play ranked games on euw & eune now same thing I thought that u fixed it??What is happening can u fix your game and can we play it without any bugs for a whole month?Or this gonna just keep happening
