Spell casting

Can u like fix your game pls Its so tilting...From s9 u have same bug and u still didnt fix it..Spell casting I need to like spam some spell or summoner spell cuz it dont want to cast from 1 click...and its not beacuse of my keyboard I asked few friends they have same issue...PLS FIX WE CANT PLAY RANKED IF WE NEED TO SMASH KEYBOARD FOR 1 SPELL ty <3 :D
