Taric Bastion (W) Walking Animation Bug

If Taric has an ally near him connected through Bastion, he will skip frames which is extremely annoying to play with and without locked screens. Playing him is still possible, but it's very distracting.

This bug only happens when he's near an ally who he has casted his W on.
