Taric Animation Bug (W) - Bastion

This bug is going unnoticed even after many posts about it.

Whenever Taric casts Bastion on an ally an animation plays when they are in range of each other. When this animation plays it causes Taric's walking animation to stutter. (When the stars light up from Taric to his ally)

This bug seems to happen on both lowest and highest graphics settings. This bug has been in the game since Taric's rework.

I don't think this is the first time this issue has been posted but I haven't seen anything about it so far. I think this is the first time there has been a video posted as well, showing the bug in action.
