Katarina bug

This one is so damn obnoxious and I dont know how to fix it.

Warring kingdoms katarina gives me a shit load of issues when playing her. Sometimes, when I am playing a ranked game, I am not able to Q or R or B at all. I cannot use those abilities but I am able to do anything else. I just lost a ranked game and furthermore, when I disconnected from that game to try to reconnect to see if that would fix the problem, I had a patch that forced me to stay out of the game long enough to get a leave buster. I refuse to have that as my fault. I now have to waste 50 minutes of my time on leave buster queues in order to not have leave buster anymore.
