Rune Pages

I cant rename my rune pages. I just deleted them all to change them up a bit, give them some love, and I go to rename them after I built them, but I could not rename them at all. I type in the new name for them, and the Save button is unlit. Also, I've tried deleting them again and rebuilding them, they still wont save. I have a strong feeling that somehow when I deleted them, I caused the pages to get confused or something because I deleted them and then opened the shop to buy more runes. And lastly, I did try logging off to maybe see if relogging would change anything. No avail it did nothing.
