Bugsplat still an issue when playing any game

It has been 4 days now and I am still getting the bugsplat message when I begin to load into a game that I have que'ed for. It is very frustrating because I have reported this error numeroues times through the in game error reporting application, made a post about it and now I am placed in a LOW priority que due to "Leaver Buster." The most disappointing part is that the only way I can test if it has been corrected is to que into more games, and if this bug continues now I could be banned or face worse consequences which are not even in my ability to correct!

I have updated all my drivers, reinstalled the game and STILL have this issue. I am not even able to play the game now due to this bug. Could there be any chance that I could get notification that this bug is "fixed?" I do not want to get banned for days vs LOW priority que in hoping that this bug is fixed when it isn't.

Also, could there be a reset for "Leaver Buster" since this was not my FAULT for not joining games?
