Ranked Bugsplat

I've tried to play 2 ranked games this morning and have encountered a Bugsplat.

Is this issue new? I have completely updated all my software after the first bugsplat but it has happened again and I'm losing rank.

I would run the in game repair tool and play a normal or two to see if its safe.
