LCS pass seems crazy buggy

The LCS pass doesnt seem to work right at all. The first week of lcs the C9 game i watched counted as 2 watches instead of 1 and then i watched the 2nd C9 game getting my icon a week early. the 2nd week of LCS just went by and i didnt get my "watch x amount of C9 games" making it so i cant progress my other missions to get better loot. is this normal? did they just not give out a 2nd mission or is it bugged? idk the whole pass seems crazy buggy to me seeing as others last week couldnt even get the watch an earn completed cause it didnt count as them watching the game.
