buying runes, bug

so I'm still lvling (lvl 26) and have been trying to keep up runes for my main role since I hit 20. I just hit 26 in my last game and finally had enough saved up to buy my Quitessenses and bought two armor thinking they'd probably suit most of my playstyles the best. Then I checked my Influence points and realized it didn't subtract any for my recent rune purchase.

So I'm still sitting at over 2k, I'd put in a ticket to have it resolved but there doesn't appear to be a way to do so.

I don't want to accidently spend more then I have and eat a ban for something I have no control over. so for the time being I guess I'm avoiding the store : /

can anyone help?
