issues with amumu's ult

dont know if it is something that happens only in aram but for some reason on my screen it showed as amumu's ult being ready but every time i pressed it nothing happened..teammats told me that my ult was not available on there screen but was on mine...only thing i can think of that made this happen was when i died while ulting but unsure...if theres way to fix this issue plz help help..

This happened to me in ARAM the other day with Amumu where it shows the ult as available but it really isn't. I ended up having to ask team mates to tell me when it was up.

I think Warwick has the same issue in ARAM too?
