glitch with sion's q and r not working durring legend of the poro king match

about half way threw the match playing as sion i was unable to use my q and r abilitys...i think this issue accures when u use his abilits just as he dies but not sure...plz fix this bug cuz its verry annoying when u play sion and the only abilities u can use are his w and his e..happed while playin in the poro king match.
