Scavenging Smite not working
Scavenging smite item isnt cutting down the cooldown on smite after smiting and killing a large monster and it also doesnt give its bonus 20g

Hoi! I finished a 21 minutes custom game right now. In the game I read the item description like 30 times and needed so many times to figure out how this item works...
The thing is, it is stated "in the enemy jungle", so the "Scavenging Smite" is for counterjungling only. sob
