not getting ranked in normal games

alrightam having a problem with actaully getting a rank in normal games. in the last 3 of the 5 games that i played i didnt get a rank, i just nolticed this becuase i thought i had a pretty good game on lucian and was kinda excited because i was probably going to get a chest, but nope literally ot nothing didnt even get a rank it just kept on loading and didnt give me a rank, so am reptty sure its a bug so i wanted to post.
