Serious problems with the loot system in the new client - items disappear, cause lag and more

This is the third time I open a chest and there is some kind of issue. The first time, I got a gift, and nothing popped up. I had to go into the setting to see what I got. The second time, the loot from a chest did not display until I relogged. The third time, there were no animations when I pressed [Open], nothing happened, and the client froze for a few seconds. I switched to [Collection], then back to [Loot] and the new skin showed up in the client, but made the client lag.

You really need to take a closer look at the loot system, because I have never had issues with this before.
