Vel'koz Champ Select Bug

I've been experiencing a bug with Vel'koz in champion select. I like playing Vel'koz a lot, but whenever I pick him in champion select and it takes me to his skins, it shows he has 2 classic skins. It's not much of an issue, but he has had this problem since the release of Arclight Vel'koz, and I wanted to know if anyone else was experiencing this bug. I do not have any custom skins installed or anything, so this is purely the game's doing. I have attached some pictures to show what it looks like
