[CRASH] [Mac] Issues since 4.17 Still Exist

The summary is that my MacBook ran League of Legends perfectly fine. I did not crash, lag, etc. I occasionally got an 'Attempting to Reconnect' bit that I think anyone on a lack luster machine gets but nothing that ever made me unable to play the game for more than 5 seconds. I'd also like to wager that before 4.17 released, I left maybe half a dozen games, and those were purely either rage quit or "Shit, I have to leave NOW, sorry" quits. This is out of HUNDREDS of games and, I don't think, ever in ranked. I am, by no means, a quitter, griefer, etc.
The day 4.17 was released, I started getting crashes. Since this was months ago, I believe they started as Bug Splats but not always. This was a known issue and, in a post linked to in my previous post, Riot3ous said a hotfix was deployed and last posted in that thread stating 88% of the issues had been resolved, and they were working on the remaining 12%.
As far as I know, this issue has gone unmentioned by Riot since then. And since the release of 4.17, I can't play more than a handful of games before the client crashes and I'm forcefully, unwillingly, removed from the game. This was originally every 2-3 games, easy. After updating my OS, as I was instructed to from the previous post, this has gone to be every 5-10 games.
If it takes this long to weed out that last 12%, so be it. This is a free game and not a service I pay for and, therefore, Riot is entitled to take all the time in the world in order to fix the problem. That said, I've put down several hundred dollars into this account for skins, champions, etc and if I have to avoid ranked mentions, as I have been doing, in order to continue to play this game without putting others at risk, fine. I'm patient. Normals are fun. I'll wait.
Except now I'm in a lower priority queue for the 3 more games... not because I quit, but because I bug introduced in a patch several months ago to the Mac users is removing me from games against my will. So now I have to wait longer to find games that my client may or may not even allow me to finish. To add insult to injury, Riot is talking about how repeated offenses (or, in my case, repeated attempts to play the game), could end in your account being banned.
Riot, you introduced a bug several patches ago and have, for several months, made no noticeable attempt to fix it. Instead, you're now punishing us for playing the game by possibly taking away everything we've invested into it, and at no fault of our own.
I'm asking a Riot employee to look at my matchmaking history and the games I supposedly left. You'll see that not once did I ever actually quit the game. Please fix this issue before I have to quit playing League for fear of losing all of my money invested in it.
