[GAMEPLAY] Bright red victory/loss screen

I have no clue if this was gameplay or client, but it occurred at the end of my game so I listed gameplay. After winning a long game the victory screen turned bright red and only the "victory" decal and "continue" button showed. Everything else was bright red. To recreate it i would imagine you just win or lose a game and hope it glitches out for you. I've never had this problem before.
