[GAMEPLAY] Syndra W cursor bug

When playing Syndra i noticed that casting her W rapidly would sometimes bug the cursor to remain as the + sign symbol as if you were on non-smart cast. This is an issue because you are not able to left click the minimap until you recast your W to reset the cursor.

How to recreate: Spam and instant cast both parts of Syndra's W until the cursor symbol sticks. Frequently happens when dying.

Update: This is actually way more major than i thought at first. This bug happens with Renektons Slice and Dice as well. The same thing where it leaves a plus sign mark like you're casting slice (or dice) without quick cast but you aren't. It overrides anything else like attack move (A+ left click) which is actually really game breaking for me, i use it a lot.

To recreate with renkton it's the same as syndra, cast E as fast as possible and it also bugs pretty much everytime you die.
