INTERMEDIATE BOTS ON TWISTED TREELINE ARE BROKEN

the intermediate bots had almost full builds at levels 6- 15 and the two mages.... they build blackfire torch and that item no longer exists ... if u dont beleive me play a game with a mage intermediate bot and they build this item .. in my match history it has no item there but that item was blackfire torch and i cannot allow this to continue... annies stacks would go up massively they would gain random movement speed bursts and the two toplane bots were gaining xp = to the annie in botlane ( in other words they hit level two on the first minion of the second wave like a solo laner would when theier were two) riot if u dont fix this i will be oblidged to quit league of legends.... jk i wont but srsly im silver five and a mastered yasuo and in that game i didnt stand a chance
