It's not stun, it's snare. You can still attack and cast, dudes.
It is pretty easy to dodge and can be blocked by minions. Plus it is affected by tenacity and QSS.
There are about 100 other abilities in the game that need nerfing more than Morg's Q.
Its easy to dodge from a distance.
