Client is so bugged

The client is full of so many bugs it's honestly tedious to get into a game at this point.2 games ago my duo,in normals,didn't recieve the accept/decline screen.The game before that I got stuck in the load screen and they remade before I could join. In game 2 of my promos(G1 lost) the client got stuck at champ select with the accept/decline part still there,effectively dodging the queue,ending my promos and shafting me well and good. Who is responsible for this mess,are the coders just incompetent?How do these people still have a job?Any reasonable company would have fired their ass for creating the clusterf*ck that is the client.Or is it that riot just doesn't give a toss?Is this how customers are being treated?
