Galio can't cast W after ulting

I've stopped counting how many times it happened, but definitely over 50% of the times, when i ult an ally as Galio, i spam my W for a few seconds and it never fires. It's really annoying to miss a kill or to be unable to peel for an ally when it happens, especially in rankeds. I've already reported that bug not long after his rework, but this bug still happens today.
