[GAMEPLAY] Problem with Intermediate Twisted Treeline Bots

After one dorans item, boots, and one completed items, the intermediate bots have stopped purchasing items. Every game so far has had this behavior for the past two days. Every bot in the mode so far has demonstrated this problem.

The bots also demonstrated unusual ult and summoner skill usage such as Sivir bot healing at full health and ulting with no enemies nearby while not moving.

These issue are also present on the dominion intermediate bots.

Update: After some custom testing, the strange building and behavior is seen in the other maps. Only bot that has finished a build on TTL is Annie Bot with a Blackfire Torch as one of her items, though is appears blank in the match history. Also, we have seen a strange lack of dodging skill shots later into the game. Some screen shots of the match history to see the builds will be added the more we get after trying some other bots out.
