Please Fix Servers Riot

First of all im sure anyone else who plays on the oceanic servers has experiences these sought of things. Riot can u please just fix your shitty servers instead of working on these shitty designed champs or useless client patches taking up half my space on my PC. instead u guys should focus on fixing ur servers so people can enjoy the game without 999 ping or just 100 ping and frozen gliding with no health bars. compared to other servers people are able to hold a consistant 170 ping and look like there on 20 ping to us. Its just rediculous and frustrating and i definitely do not have a bad connection on my half as i instantly close league and start a game of csgo with fine ping. Please riot do something :C
