Bug- Cant move

For the past 3 days now whenever i play any league match either urf, ranked, normals or even a custom ive been having a bug where all of a sudden my character would just stop and not respond to any commands. I can still see the blue indicators that show where my clicks were and i can see the rest of the champions on the map moving fine its just a bug and a VERY big game breaker in my opinion as it has lost me games and made me die several times. I really want to play again but until this gets fixed i dont think i can !!
