Red team killed dragon (mountain or something), then, a couple minutes later while they were killing Baron, the game said that the red dragon had slain the red dragon. It confused me until I realized it was a bug.

I was wondering if maybe it was just a bug with spectator mode in particular, which happens sometimes, or if players see it during the actual match.

It is in game and spectator mode. Morde has to be the one to last hit the dragon tho. It's as of patch 9.1.
I wonder what bugs the next patch brings! He gets more bugs with every patch. 300 and counting! :)
