[UI/HUD] Health Bar not showing, Team Icons and tab not functioning correctly.

Usually when I make a bug report I like to list out what caused it and how to replicate it... but for this I honestly have no idea. I've never encountered this before and I've been launching/loading games the same way all day, I'll put a list of what led up to it regardless though.

1: Got into queue (this was for normal draft, we had a 5 man group) , had a dodge then a friend got a client error so we waited a bit then got into champ select 2: Champ select went fine, went into loading. I alt tabbed to check discord/twitter (I almost always do this) and to close a steam game I had accidentally opened 3: Loaded in, Health-bars were gone and team icons near minimap were missing. Same with Tab when I hit it. (On the tab menu when I looked closely it appeared that the other champion icon and summoner spells WERE there, but it was all piled under mine and blitzcranks.

Leaving the game and reconnecting did fix this issue, and it didn't happen again the next game I played, Here's some Screenshots in case what I described is unclear. (I have a video as well but don't think its necessary for this.)

I've had the same exact problem and it happens intermittenly about every 4 games. I can't even play ranked anymore because it happens so often. I ran full repair to no avail. the symptoms occur on client patch 8.9 and the version earlier is when it started happening for me. I'm running on windows 10.

Whenever this error occurs:

(1) many of the summoner spells bar on bottom are blued out or empty (2) all summoner health bars are missing including levels, mana, health etc. (I do not remove them in settings) (3) the tab menu lists every champ over each other on the first line, all but unreadable (4) the recall "B" button on the UI becomes un-clickable, it makes you actually press B on keyboard

I experience this issue about every 4 games, in order to fix I need to immediately close client and restart to get back before remake timer. If I don't close client and restart usually during a fight my entire client will crash my machine will lock. I'm unable even to CNTRL-ALT-DEL to end the client program during this crash. If I let it get that far i must restart my entire machine.

Also when i restart client in middle of game, the client erroneously reports the client patcher is unavailable after the game ends and won't let me start another game. Again I have to restart client to start a new game in a queue.

I've basically given up playing ranked queue out of respect for the other players.

I've been playing this game for quite a while and never experienced this before.
