[GAMEPLAY] 6.14 - Lux ult does not apply damage to Kha'zix while he is in stealth

When Kha'zix goes into stealth by using his ultimate, Lux ult will do no damage to him regardless of where he is standing in it.

Steps to reproduce

1.) Pick Kha'zix and have a friend play Lux

2.) Once you are both level 6, Have Lux ult you and go into stealth

Expected Result: Lux ult does damage to Kha'zix Actual Result: Kha'zix receives no damage from Lux's Ult

Reproduction Rate: 100%

Edit: Works for base skins, so assuming it will work for all skins for both champions. Edit #2: Kha'zix takes no damage regardless of what ability he has evolved (if any), and moving during Lux's ult still ends with Kha'zix taking no damage
