[Gameplay] Visual Bug - Null / Invalid effect of Fiora

I was playing as Poppy in a match, and at one point I got into a fight with Fiora, who was running the Project: Fiora skin, and noticed I had an effect(?) had no picture and a tooltip of "Spell Not Found: fiorapassivedir4 3"

EDIT: It is reproducible, it happens when a Fiora hits you with duelists dance active on your champion. It may also be done if Fiora hits your "weak point" The match history of the game is the link, and an image I screenshotted can be found at http://imgur.com/QBY3BM8 I do not have a video replay of the game.

I believe that the bug is that the direction of Fiora's passive was being shown, while it should of been hidden.
