[GAMEPLAY/TOOLTIP] Kennen E "level up" Tooltip missing words

Kennen E (Lightning Rush) lacks green text detailing what the 80 -> 120 and 10 -> 20 is. He lacks the green text tooltip for all 4 upgradable levels. So instead of having the tooltip look like Damage X -> Y Armor/Magic Resist X -> Y Cooldown X -> Y Energy Cost X -> Y

The tooltip instead looks like the following

                                                                 X -> Y
                                                                 X -> Y

Cooldown X -> Y Energy Cost X -> Y

In addition to the tooltip missing [Damage] and [Armor/Magic Resist], the tooltip also doesn't mention that attack speed raises with each point into it.

How to duplicate this bug: -Go into Practise mode with Kennen selected -Attempt to level up Lightning Rush (E) Twice (since the first level up doesn't mention any numbers since they dont change at level 1)

This second Image shows that the tooltip issue persists at higher levels of Lightning Rush (E)

Finally, I have seen this bug occur in both ARAM and in Summoner Rift Practice mode.
