Towers after death have no hp bar and look like they're standing

After a tower died in bot lane. the tower was still standing which made me think the enemies were gonna tower dive, until I died and realized it was a bugged
tower and that enemy minions were just walking past it. Please this could be an issue if it happens in important games luckily I was in normals so all I could lose is IP...Not LP or ranks or anything Edit: I was the only one who could see it.
