Qiyana 0s cd q spell bug [Live server]

So I went into practice tool with Qiyana since shes played in Jungle I thought "well give it a try before going into a normal game", yea and then this happend.

0s Cd on her q spell.

First Q is with w and works as intended, every Q after that is without the extra buff.

All started when I used my w waited a little bit, and when it came back up I used my Q and instandly W Q right after.

This is on the live server. Not PBE. Use your W wait for it to get off of cd. Use q -> w -> q really fast combo.

Edit: Yes, I was able to recreate the bug.
