Warwick and Twitch Honor 5 Chroma

Dear Riot, I´m Honor 5 since the Honorsystem got updated a few seasons ago, got both skins for Warwick and Twitch, got Honor 5 a few days before you announced that chromas will come out but I´m still waiting for the Chromas. I messaged the Support which told me that I should ask in a week again if I haven`t got them in between because it takes time to idk why... (to many ppl or broken server, bad and slow programm) So I messaged them again today because the week is over and the same guy told me to still wait again a whole week. I see people freshly got Honor 5 in my friendlist playing with those skins.

So my question is, will I ever get them? How much longer do I have to wait? I can't be the only person.

So, will we ever get those Chromas? 2 weeks ago the support told me to wait a week, last week he told me to wait, today, sorry keep waiting. ARE YOU KIDDING US?

Just keep the skins, I don't want them anymore.

Did you get the Honor Coins in your Hextech crafting? You're not directly given the Chromas. You're given the coins that you can redeem for either skin or either chroma.
