Well I got veigars and mundos legacy skin,so they both have that little icon,but why it isnt at same possition at shard?

I don't have any skins currently with the normal legacy position in the bottom left but assuming we know that to be the consistent location, I have two from other champions. Ok weird, Ahris is now moved (I just wasted spent 20 dollars on rp because I have no will power so idk if that matters at all)

Additionally, when I click on Viktor, his legacy icon moves in to place then goes back up when I click back away from it
