Profile "XP BAR" bug report

My guess is that this is a secondary account, a while back they halved the exp to make accounts to ease the leveling up process. As a result you've got more than enough exp needed to reach your level. You should gain a level after every game you play until you no longer have an excess of exp for your level.

Just play a game and it will fix.(if that is your account)
