Singed Q Bug

Was playing ARAM and noticed that when Singed's Q is active it gives you a small amount around 3-4 HP back whenever you turn his Q on and whenever it procs every few seconds. It wasn't really that noticeable but when I continued to turn it on and off every time it was active I received 3 HP early and it scaled to a little over 4 later in the match because of spirit visage. Not really a huge deal but multiple times of receiving a small amount of health could be extremely beneficial.
