[GAMEPLAY] Sion W Bug

I'm not really sure how to reproduce this bug but I noticed that when I killed cannons with or without the use of relic shield I wasn't obtaining the 10 HP. Worked with champions, casters and melee minions but no matter what I couldn't get any extra hp from siege minions.
