[Client] Unable to save or change masteries

I am unable to save or change masteries in the Champion select screen. It doesnt give me any type of error message, but the changes do not transfer to game. Its rather annoy not being able to save my masteries.

Theres no steps to recreate. This happens as soon a i log in. :(

I have tried logging in an out, and repairing my client. Still doesn't work.
