Champ select bug

Ive have encountered this bug multiple times and is becoming quite frustrating.

It shows the opposing team has the turn to pick a champ. It ticks to 0 and stays there for around 20-30 seconds. and suddenly i get kicked out with a 10 15 Leavebuster. This bug is becoming more and more trivial for me. but it cant be real that i have to wait 5-20 minutes every time this bug happens. I dont even get the chance to pick a champ. Because the Pick button never appears,
