Unable to control champion

I have had 2 games where my Champion cant move. I can still see everything happening around me, but my commands don't do anything. This has occurred in the last couple of hours.

I get this issue every couple games it seems. champ just freezes, causing me to Int in team fights or in lane. Cant move or cast any abilities but the game continues on around me. Tried reporting 2-3 patches ago, no solution.

Im hoping to get a solution by posting on the boards. It is not only ruining my experience but also my teammates. And it happens every 3 minutes so its not worth touching the game for me.
