Zhonyas sound effect bug

I was playing in a game earlier and I was hovering over a fight in the midlane and I watched the enemy morgana use a zhonyas hourglass, and shortly after that every time I hovered my camera over her the sound effect would be constantly playing like she was using it and go away the second I took it off of her, I asked her in all chat if she could hear it and the yasuo on my team said he could hear it too.

She was using the Victorious Morgana skin, if that counts for anything.
