Black screen on champ select launch

This happened to me yesterday and it just happened to me now

Right after I hit accept and the game begins to go into champ select the client goes completely black except for the top right icons to minimize/settings/close the game and then I have to exit out of the client and get penalized for it. Please fix this issue because I don't want to stop playing until this is fixed because I don't want to get banned or in trouble for something I'm not doing intentionally. Especially when I just got to my second level 3 checkpoint today.
