[Client] Something in Champion Select causing my FPS to drop to 10 per minute

My last post was deleted because I guess you people thought it was a computer issue. No because i get 50-60 fps in the rest of the Client and in-game. As soon as I get into champion select I miss bans or accidentally skip choosing a champion because I can not see what is going on. Last game I literally got 10-15 frames total to figure out what I was doing and I got stuck playing Nami with full AP masteries.

The champion select causing the problem is Legend of the Poro King. it does not seem to occur in ARAM champion select, I have not checked Normal Summoner's Rift because I have barely played the game in the past few months.
