I want people to see this bug and see at least one person with the same bug. And I want you to see League players that technicians will refuse to help you even if there is proof you owned them. They will find any excuse to not fix this bug. Marowe (Riot Games Player Support) Apr 22, 13:38
This website is more accurate than counting backwards: http://leagueoflegends.wikia.com/wiki/Free_champion_rotation
Malzahar is also in your store history and on your account.
I've pulled every game that you played with the seven champions you mentioned and attached them in a spreadsheet with dates. Xerath is the only one that was played outside of free week, but he's only been played once. Taric was also only played during Nemesis Draft. I don't see that you've purchased any of these champions, and you don't own any skins for them. There's no indication of missing purchase data, and no indication that you've played any of these champions outside of free week. You've only played each of them a handful of times, which doesn't seem indicative of ownership. There's just not enough here that contends your purchases of these champions.

A known bug in ranked solo queue? really....there is not mention of this bug in your boards which I read avidly. In fact in 2012 it was posted that free rotation champions were being disabled for Ranked solo/duo queue. Champions who were owned but still on free week could be played. When did I buy Thresh? Somewhere near when sweetheart annie came out, as for nasus I played ranked with him in 2013. As for the free week thresh, I can count. 10 months ago was june, 11 may. The way that the board is set up, the two circled roataion are the end of may the beginning of June. Lets count the months. April-march is one, march to feb is two, feb to jan is 3, jan to dec is 4, dec to nov is 5, nov to oct is 6, oct to sep is 7 sep to aug is 8 august to jul is 9, jul to june is 10, and june to may is eleven. Thresh was free to play in the second posting of may seen on the board. Monday marks the first day a new rotation is out. The 3 was on a thursday, which means that thresh free play had to have been on the last week of may free rotation, mind you for the entire month of may thresh was not on free play week. He is also not on the first free week rotation of june, making it impossible for him to be free the week of june 6th 2014. Do not tell me it was a bug that I played him, he was not free play, dont try to bullshit me, I have done the painstaking work to figure out from 10-11 months ago what free champion rotation was. He was not available, yet I played him in a normals game. I have never posted any problems about my account before, and obviously there is somekind of bug in my store. I just purchased malzahar a few days ago yet he does not come up in my recently purchased list.I would focus your attention to the fact that a champion was played outside of free week rotation because that is proof i owned him. Ive been playing this game too long to remember when exactly I bought champs. If there is no history I bought him, yet I did off of free week, this is a no brainer. THERE IS A BUG IN MY STORE OR SOMETHING THAT DOES NOT SHOW MY PURCHASES BECAUSE THEY GET DELETED. BUT MY MATCH HISTORY SHOWS I OWNED THEM THROUGH SHEER MATH I HAD TO HAVE OWNED HIM THEREFORE IT IS PROOF THAT MY PURCHASE HISTORY CAN NOT BE TRUSTED. IF I COULD SEE MY ENTIRE HISTORY OF WHEN I PLAYED FROM 2010 ISH I WOULD DO ALL THE WORK LOOKING UP THE CHAMPION WHEN THEY WERE PLAYED AND WHEN THEY WERE FREE BUT I CANT. I can only go back to 2013. I use thresh as my point because he is the only one I can prove. Truth is I probably bought them in 2011-2013 when I was playing league more often. Especially 2012. I did not play ranked until 2013. I remember that akali was 63000 when I bought her as was ahri if that helps. BUT I WILL NOT BE TAKEN FOR A FOOL! THRESH WAS NOT FREE THAT WEEK. I THOUGHT YOU WERE SUPPOSED TO HELP PLAYERS BUT IT LOOKS TO ME LIKE YOU GUYS ARE COVERING UP YOUR TRACKS SO THAT I HAVE TO SPEND MORE MONEY ON ITEMS THAT DISAPPEAR. THIS TECH TEAM CAN NOT EVEN GIVE STRAIGHT ANSWERS. As "Rose" said champions on free rotation are playable in ranked regardless if you own them. Wrong, since 2012 a patch was release that disabled this feature. Either that person was talking out their ass to get me to stop requesting further into this issue, or they are an idiot. The other two technicians only looked at recent playing of those champions, that is not helpful if I bought then in 2010 and they disappeared in that year or something. Of course my recent games will be on free rotation, I DONT WANT TO BUY THEM 2-3 TIMES LIKE I DID WITH MASTER YI. Plus there is the fact that I didnt notice this problem until I mentioned something to my boyfriend about buying thresh finally, and opening up my game this year to find that thresh was gone.

Hey Summoner,
This is Marowe with the Game & Account team, and I'll be happy to work with you today. I looked into the seven champions you mentioned not owning, and I see that you played these champions on their free week rotation with the exception of Taric, whom you played during Nemesis Draft. Your match on June 3rd 2014 with Thresh was also during Thresh's free week (the 20th week of the 2014 Season).
There's no record of these champion purchases being made on your account. While exceedingly rare, store data has gone missing a handful of times in the past. I've also audited the entirety of your store history, and I don't see any indication of this being the case either. I'm afraid that we won't be able to return these champions to you, as there's no indication that they were ever purchased.
It should also be noted that it's a known bug to be able to select free-to-play champions in ranked matches, and even outside of free week. However, with no indication of purchase and your gameplay patterns not being indicative of ownership, I'm afraid that we won't be able to assist you further with this. If you're able to recall a time frame in which you purchased one of these champions, I may be able to take a deeper look into your store history to make sure nothing's missing.
Let me know if you have any other questions.

Here is proof that I owned Thresh. I played him on 6/03/2014, during a time which he was not on free rotation. He was free the week before this game was played. This should be proof enough to have ALL the champions I have played looked at. I have been an avid league player since 2010ish and only own 40 champions with no IP stored. This should be a red flag. For how much I play league I should have more champions owned then I do. I did Not notice that champions were disappearing until I bought thresh a few months ago and he disappeared. I do not know how long this has been going on, but I am certain of at least 8 champions I am missing. I would appreciate this manner being taken very seriously because I love league. Please do help.

I HAVE NEVER BEEN ABLE TO PLAY CHAMPS IN RANKED UNLESS I OWN THEM! And yes I am pissed off because what is the point in even playing league if my champion pool isnt right?

Hello pyrogirl95,
I'm sorry, there is a confusion regarding this issue. You can play the free rotational champions in ranked. However, in order to play ranked, you need to own at least 16 champions. That means that you have a total of 26 champions that you can select when you play ranked. 16 champions that you own and 10 champions from the free rotation.
Also, I want you to know that there really is no record of any transaction that you have ever owned Nasus and Thresh. I am really sorry for the inconvenience. I hope that this clarifies this issue.
If you have other questions or concerns, please let me know and I will be happy to address them.
See you on the Fields of Justice and may you have a nice day!

I can see that I played thresh in season 4 ranked and Nasus season 3 ranked. I do not have an alternate account and quite frankly this is pissing me off. I cant play them in ranked if I dont own them. I do not know how to make this more clear. Consider that Rek'Sai may be free this week, but I will not be able to play her in ranked unless I own her correct? (I know its correct because I played a ranked game today and she was not available in my champion pool) The links I supplied clearly shows my season 4 and season 3 ranked games in which I played a game with these champions. I do not know how to screen shot anything. Surely there is a way for you to look into my ranked seasons and see that I did in fact play them. I would say same goes for other champions I played in aram and normals outside their free rotation or in game moods that dont allow you to play the champion unless you own them

Hey there Summoner,
I checked your recent games and the last time you played Thresh was a few months back, around the time when he was on the free champion rotation. Same thing goes for Nasus.
If you have any other form of proof or screenshots, I would be more than happy to look further into this matter. Also, would it be possible that you had these alleged missing champions in an alternate account?

I would not make this stuff up, those are the only two champions I havbe proof in ranked that I played them, the others I only played in normal because I didnt have them mastered, so I dont know how to prove I have them, but i did

But I can see A game where I played thresh and nasus in solo queue for ranked... I had to have bought them to play them in ranked http://na.op.gg/summoner/champions/userName=pyrogirl95 http://na.op.gg/summoner/champions/userName=pyrogirl95

Hi pyrogirl95,
I'm sorry for the inconvenience. I looked into your account and found that there doesn't seem to be recorded transactions of the following you've mentioned: Ahri, Akali, Nasus, Taric, Thresh, Xerath and Zyra. But it is possible that you may have an alternate account and in order to make sure that I'm investigating the correct one, please provide the folloiwng:
- Your username (what you log-in with)
- Your summoner name (what other people see on PVP.net)
- The original email address used to register the account
- Which platform you play on (NA, EU-W, EU-NE, Oceania)
Thank you for your patience as we look into this.
Definitely not, MankindTP Riot Player Support

This has happened to me several times. Champs I buy with IP disappear from my champion pool. I know for a fact I have owned Taric and Ahri but they aren't there. I know I owned them because I have played them outside the times they are free. This is super upsetting because I have to buy champions 2 or 3 times like I did with master Yi. I have owned Arhi, Akali, Nasus, Taric, Thresh, Xerath, and Zyra before. I have played most of them in ranked before. please help
