Losing Champions

Here is a league update, I am pissed at technicians here on league. Some of which either lied to me or dont know what they are saying when stating "free rotation champions are available to play in ranked regardless if they are owned." Which has not been true since 2012 when this feature was disabled. I have playing this game since 2010ish, and many of my champions have just disappeared. I only noticed when my recent purchase of Thresh is gone, then I looked around at my other champions to discover 8 missing champions that I know of. What is even better is that I can prove I played two of these champions in ranked, one of which I played in normals outside their free rotation, yet technicians still wont help, because there is no record of purchase. I would think this would be a red flag on my store history if they do not show up because I can prove I owned them. Maybe together league community we can get them to look into this manner seriously, and who knows, some of you might have this issue and not have realized it. Let us ban together and demand that an explanation is given to someone who has played this game loyally for so long.
