[GAMEPLAY] Swain E animation not visible

Today (June 25, 2019) I was playing an ARAM and got Swain. I used the Dragon Master Swain skin. Whenever I cast his E - Nevermove, I never saw the animation of the projectile going out and coming back. I did see the animation whenever I snared someone though. Not sure if this is ARAM specific and/or specific to this skin.
