Error joining queue after remake

After I went into a game, we ended up having a remake after someone afk'ed.

After I exited the game, I skipped the stats screen and created a lobby to queue up for another game.

When I hit find match, it said "error joining queue. please try again in a few minutes."

I got remarked twice in a row, and this happened both times.
