[Gameplay] Sightstone Upgrade bug

So you're playing support, doing good, warding up, and you're just about to get your sightstone upgrade, so you throw down some wards, or maybe you've already used up all your charges, and you're ready to back and buy your upgraded Ruby sightstone.

oh no, the enemy is headed to an objective, or possibly your own jungle to ambush you! You decide to run at lightning speeds to quickly throw down some wards. You arrive there just in time to put down some vision! But wait, what's this? You can't move your wards from the other, unused side of the map to this very crucial (at the moment) location!? But you're spamming your ward key!!

Meanwhile, back in lane;

Ashe: Wait, where did Janna go? Lee Sin: I think she went to ward, but that doesn't help me.

An ally has been slain

Ashe: ..... Lee Sin: ..... Ashe: /all Report Janna walking blindly into the jungle. Lee Sin: .....

tl;dr- If you have sightstone and place wards, and then upgrade the sightstone you cannot move your currently placed wards. I have a feeling that if you have 1-2 wards from Sightstone placed, and then upgrade and place a second/third ward, and then try to move one of your wards from previous sightstone, then it will only destroy and replace the wards placed by your CURRENT sightstone item, which is what you don't want. Unsure if this happens with the sightstone --> (Gold income+sightstone) upgrade, or if it is only Sightstone --> ruby sightstone upgrade. 150 seconds is a very long time to wait to be able to ward.
