Elementalist lux not showing as a dynamic background

I got a permanent elementalist lux skin shard few days ago, and i've played over 20 games with her, but my dynamic background shows only lux with her normal skin, is this common for the ultime skin you get from a box, or am i missing something?

Also, I didn't recieve the icons. Do you think that buying the master edition would help it?
